Hey Vickie
I love reading your blog and try to get on here as much as possible, as you can see, it's not enough! Anyway, I just came into some locally grown squash and was wondering, what your take is on cutting it up and freezing? I was going to cut into chucks, place in freezer bags and use for my homemade pasta sauce later. Would the squash retain it's taste (as it barely has any to begin with) and/or its firmness? Any comments would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Aimee Tilley Moore (a friend from MHS)

What a great solution. My mother would never make two meals, so we just had to deal with her vegetarianism. I'm glad to see that it rubbed off positively on me though, because I really stand strong in my vegetarian ways now!
